В статье рассматривается внедрение маркетинговой концепции ответственного потребления на Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¸Ð½Ð´ÑƒÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ð¸ питания. Авторы анализируют тенденции к «экологизации» сферы общественного питания, изучают отношение посетителей ресторанов, кафе и баров экологическому движению в России.
